Founder & Creative Director

Dom built TapeJar to help podcasters sound their best and grow audiences they’re proud of. With years of experience in music production, creative direction, and podcast mixing, he blends technical skill with a sharp ear for storytelling. When he’s not in the studio, he’s usually digging through record shops, gaming late at night, or planning his next trip.

Head of Production

Jason makes sure every episode that leaves TapeJar sounds like it belongs on a top-charting show. Before joining the team, he spent years as a broadcast audio engineer and developed a reputation for saving “hopeless” recordings. When he’s not behind the mixing desk, you’ll probably find him biking around the city or hunting for new coffee spots.

Content Strategy Lead

Megan works with clients to shape the vision and flow of their podcasts, from episode ideas to long-term audience engagement. With a background in copywriting and storytelling, she knows how to make content both binge-worthy and brand-aligned. Outside of work, she’s often at live music shows or browsing indie bookstores for her next read.
